Business Meeting August 14, 2018

Seneschal Lady Katherine opened the meeting, THL Genevieve took attendance.

Officer’s Reports:

Seneschal (Lady Katherine Coscombe) : Review of report schedule. We sold one cart at Pennsic.  Will be fixing the other and then deciding what to do with it.

Exchequer (Lady Lydia Wynne): Outgoing $3.00 for bank fee.  Current balance of $1900.05

Herald (Alaric the Dolt): Nothing to report.

Chatelain (Lady Beatrix Beeman): Nothing to report.

Mistress of Arts & Sciences (Lady Áine ingen Uí Briain): Any Pennsic classes to share get permission to share and/or use materials.  Looking for classes to be held at meetings.

Chronicler (THL Genevieve):  Nothing to report.  We will not be having a Chronicler after Genevieve takes over the role of Exchequer.  She will however take notes at business meetings.

Archery Lieutenant (Lord Frøkn mac Cainnaig): Nothing to report.

Thrown Weapons Lieutenant (Lord Frøkn mac Cainnaig): Nothing to report.

Web Minister (Lord Kutluca ibn Ibrahim): Nothing to report.  Need to clean up the website posts.  Luca put it up to those attending as to archive some of the old newsletters and meeting minutes and leave only the last couple years posted on the website.  All were in favor and decided that anything older than December 2016 would be archived.

Youth Minister (Lady Nuria Enid Imogen): Absent

Dance Mistress: (Lady Lettice Spindler): No new report.

Demo Coordinator  (Lady Nuria Enid Imogen): Absent

Acting Knight’s Marshall (The Honorable Lord Dietrich Nebelung): Nothing to report.
