Event Schedule:

12:00 – Set-up/Event Staff
1:00 – Gate opens.
1:00-5:00 – Dancing & games, Artisan’s Auction Opens
5:00-6:00 – Room changeover for dinner
6:00-800 -: Potluck feast
7:00 – Auction closes
8:00 -9:00 – Clean-up Venue
9:00 – Lights out, go home!

Artisan’s Auction:

• A silent auction for handcrafts, baked goods, or other items of interest to SCA folk.

Notes:

There is an industrial kitchen attached to the hall.  Potluck dishes may be kept in the fridges/warmed up for dinner, or crock pots can be plugged in.

A snack bar/sideboard will be available for the afternoon activities.

Folks are welcome to come for either or both portions of the day – if you will be leaving before the auction closes, please leave your contact info with Gate in case you are a winner!

Come join us for an evening of dancing, feasting and fun!
This is a free event, but donations are always accepted.
Period Garb is required and feast gear is recommended.
Please bring a period food item or drink to share.

Site is handicap accessible.
Musical instruments, games, and stories are welcomed.
There will also be a Medieval Trivia game!
And don’t forget your dancing shoes!
