Double-Circle Dance for as many couples as will (holding both hands, ladies in the inner circle)

As danced in Rivenvale except the chorus usually doesn’t repeat

Instructions

A – Go a Double clockwise and back. Do this four times total.

B1 – Men paw ground twice with right foot, step to the right, then turn over their left shoulder to move up the hall.

B2 – Women paw ground twice with right foot, step to right, then turn over their left shoulder to move back to their place.

Men move up one position each repetition, changing partners.

NOTE:  The dance can also be done without changing partners, or done in a line, holding both hands, but the Man at the top of the hall must run to the bottom at the end of B2.
